Wrost experience in life. It was wrist experience ever.I ordered cheese pizza for kids they brought bacon pizza . Server were so arrogant did not even appologize. Almonds were stale on salad when we complained she did not even say sorry she just grabbed the plate and left.There was no manager on duty and no supervisor on duty. instead of appologizing servers were just rude. Never visiting this place again.Dont expect much from this place waste of time and money.
Used to be good. My husband and I used to love abc. Not after our last experience. I ordered the waffle and my husband, the farm hands breakfast. The server brought his to the table and then told me they were out of waffles! Didn’t even come by earlier to tell us. I decided to go with the pancakes instead and got them when my husband was half way through his. I tried to complain, asking why they hadn’t told us earlier. She said she didn’t understand the question and why I was upset. I tried again, asking why I was told late about it. Her statement, someone had ordered before me!?!?! Not going back after that!
Years ago I loved coming here.It had been a couple of years and now I remember why I stopped.Service, barely ok. Cold coffee. Food was all right.Needs a really good shake up but being a chain and in a hotel I doubt it will ever happen.Sigh.
Prepare to wait, a quick not need to drive breakfast will take 45min to one hour, you have to wait for everything : to get a seat, to get your order taken, to get your food ok, for the coffee refill, there is usually only one waitress that cannot meet the demand of more than 4 tablesover 2 years staying at the Holiday inn for business and have tried ABC three times it is always the same, no manager to show for, only one waitress fighting the battle and providing an expensive below expectation service and product.They got me uncomfortable enough to write this review avoid the hassle and dont even try it
Oh my could it be that bad?. Years ago this was a happening place in fact there was often a line up for weekend breakfast Service was great – those three familiar waitresses worked like, well, busy busy ladies and we enjoyed a typical farmers breakfast Then something happened and now this place is a ghost town The reno is actually quite nice with the old country look now gone The three waitress seem to be down to one now and the tables are empty Nonetheless we felt like an old fashioned breakfast for old times sake I ordered up an old fashioned waffle When it came I honestly had to laugh out loud On my plate was two waffles the size of two eggos Thats it! Nothing else Not even a little strawberry for garnish Granted they were a wee bit thicker than an eggo but not much For syrup the waitress brought me ONE little peel back container. Enough for maybe half a waffle At first i thought maybe an error had been made and I was going to get the other half of my breakfast brought out to me in a few minutes Not so Sorry ABC we work too hard for our dining dollar to get ripped off so badly Youve fallen a looooong way
Blah. Last time there was around November 2011. One of us had a breakfast which was just basic and ok. The other had the Rutherford Dip which is supposed to be Angus beef with fixin’s as the menu says. I’ve never tasted such a bland boring beef dip in my life. The au jus was basically water and didn’t help to add a thing. None of it was worth the price. I guess if you have high BP and need no salt or flavour of any kind- this is the place for you. No forks up for me.
5 stars for food & service. My favorite breakfast place in Edmonton!! Great food,exceptional service and a warm cozy feeling. Not pretentious and prissy. If you care about food & service this is a place for you,If you going for the upscale landscape.. skip it.
