Lousy. Brutally inconsistent. Screwed up our steaks . Half cooked potato. The server needs to step up and speak up too. Don’t be so timid . We’ll never return again . She blamed the kitchen for being busy. There was 10 -15 other people here.

Excellent. Dinner was cooked to perfection, service was great I will be a returning customer time and time again. Thanks to the staff for a wonderfull anniversary celebration.

Superb!. Just went to the Atrium Cafe for the first time tonight. The food and service was absolutely superb! Far beyond that which we’ve had at more upscale restaurants and hotels. The menu is not large (particularly for appetizers), but what they do have is exquisitely done. The service was attentive and timely. We will recommend this restaurant to many friends!

Had the dinner buffet. Prime rib good, mixed veggies good, Caesar salad very good. Shrimp not properly butterflied; kept eating bits of leg! Seafood/ shrimp sauce watered down with ketchup!Salmon cubes very good. Some of the desserts were great, some were so-so. Atmosphere is a bit odd- wife says it seems like there should be a swimming pool in here or something. Seats thankfully not vinyl! Needs a hostess at front.

Atrium Cafe Atrocious. I have been to the Atrium 3 different times, once with my friends for a brunch, it was not very busy but the food took longer then it should of, to come and when it did arrive some of it was cold, my friends complained and it was taken care of but the Mgr didn’t even think of asking how ours was. My 2nd visit was for a Company Xmas party 2012 it was obviously busy and the buffet was set up for multiple parties and groups so I will give them the benefit of the doubt that it was very very busy. But it was quite apparent organizational skills are needed in this group, the buffet is not in one location but spread all over, no one there to guide you or give direction very poorly staged serving stations. And for some reason they shut off half the lights in the buffet area so made if even harder to see things. After the Xmas Party My date and I stayed in the hotel, and in the morning decided to have the Sunday brunch well the brunch buffet was the same as even buffet, all over the place not set up in a flowing way and the stations that were set up to serve individual hot plates of food, ex: poached eggs or crepes etc, were slow, very slow, and obviously not trained properly, it took me 15 mins to get a single egg. Very disappointing for a buffet they charge 34 dollars! Will Not Recommend or Return!

Food was ok but service was terrible. our salads arrived quickly but after that we didn’t see a server again for 45 minutes until our entrees came. there were only 3 other tables seated when we arrived at various stages of their meals so the restaurant wasn’t busy…so there was no reason for the delays. the food was good but not great. the caprese salad was very good, the Caesar salad was nothing special. The salmon was very good but was served with both a peach salsa and a bruschetta. it would have been better with just the peach salsa. the risotto it came with would have been better if it wasn’t formed into a cylinder and battered and deep fried… the other entree we had, the tower of vegetables was more like a flat pile of vegetables and was good but wasn’t great.overall the experience was frustrating and we won’t be back… The only saving grace was that I had a groupon for the meal. I think regularly this restaurant is over priced and the food quality just doesn’t justify it.
