We ordered a 5 dish meal. Only 2 dishes were served (one of which was Peking duck which was left beside our table on a trolley for 10 min before being cut after notifying a waiter). Our waiter was dismissive when we asked him where the remainder of the food was and attempts to flag down other servers were rudely ignored. After 2 hours of waiting for our food (with 2 hungry toddlers) and getting nowhere, we informed them we were leaving. The manager then got involved but was more concerned about making us pay for the 2 dishes consumed rather than addressing the concern. We will never return and urge others to stay away
