Dinner at the Bothy. This small pub/bar is all wood when you walk in the door. Staff were quick to seat us. However we find ourselves waiting throughout the rest of our meal for service. The scotch list is a long one. A very long one. Great selection to choose from, including singles and flights. Staff are very knowledgeable of the types flavors and styles of scotch on the shelf. Wine list is much shorter than the scotch but has excellent choices to choose from. Rack of lamb for dinner tonight. Lamb arrives perfectly cooked with flavorful sides. Food and drink are great at the Bothy just be prepared to spend most of your night. Relax!
