Melting pot is a great experience that everyone should do at least once. We went with a group of 8 (including 1 vegetarian) and our servers were very helpful and accommodating with all of our questions. It’s very expensive though – our bill (including gratuity that was automatically added to the bill) was $715.

I went here for the first time with my girlfriend and the food was awesome, loved how you get to cook your own foods and choose your sauces. The lobster tails were awesome as well as the teriyaki chicken. Server was really friendly and very informed about the food they serve.

Love the melting pot for special occasions or for birthdays. Definitely a place worth checking out for fondue. Its however on the pricier side and they do have four course options but its so worth it. The smores dessert fondue option is my favourite!

The food was wonderful but be warned everyone… its EXPENSIVE. and to be frank even if the food was amazing, compared to the amount and what it was, it can’t be $50 a person (2 people for one pot so thats $100)My friends and I got there 2 minutes before our reservation and were still made to wait sometime before we were seated, then again after we were seated (they forgot about us). We started off with the spinach and artichoke cheese pot as well as fiesta. Spinach and artichoke was definitely the winner, it was amazing. They came with veggies, nachos and small pieces of bread. Next came the salads (mine was caesar, very good) followed by the main course. I ordered the special menu for basil chicken and garlic shrimp. Our broth was mojo (veggie based), and the shrimp was wonderful when cooked in it. The chicken was slightly less stellar, but still great. They came with 6 sauces, and mushrooms, broccoli and potatoes. It takes time but its quite filling. We finished it off with yin and yang dessert (pot of half white, half dark chocolate) which came with unlimited marshmallows, cheesecake, brownies, blondies, fruits (strawberry, banana, pineapple) etc. The white chocolate was surprisingly my favorite. Overall a wonderful experience, it take 3-4 hours, but when I total things up… i just don’t see why its $50. I’ll probably come back next year* pictures are from another visit. Still delicious!

The food is good, but the prices are way too high. For $50+ per person, I would expect much higher quality/quantity/variety. I don’t think their prices are justified at all.But if someone else is paying and you don’t care about their wallet, it’s not bad. Otherwise, you’d do better to go to somewhere like Hot Pot 97.

Amazing service tonight. Really enjoyed the four course option. I had the classic while my husband enjoyed the seafood and pasta. Strawberry salad was delicious. And omg the white chocolate peach fondue is now my all time favourite dessert. Great food and awesome experience. Our only complaint was that my husband had ordered flowers, ended up ordering two bouquets by mistake and when he realized and canceled the second one, they still charged us for them.

Love the Melting Pot! Totally wish there was more locations *hint hint*. LOVE the Cheese and Dessert fondues. The meat entrees are good, don’t get me wrong, but it is A LOT of food for one sitting. Will definitely be back, but just for drinks, cheese and chocolate.
