We had a great time, even though our first interaction with the staff was a touch negative. We made a reservation for 8, the past Sunday. When we got there it there were told that they were running behind because other tables were taking to long, I have to admit I was not impressed with the hostess way of dealing with a clearly busy restaurant. My problem lies with training and management. They didnt pick up garbage around the front desk, they wanted others to do the work. There were many assumed empty tables that were not getting seated. Tables with half the party were being seated prior to others. We found out that some tables were waiting 1/2 hour even with a reservation. One of those tables was a table of 2. Seems that some work needs to be done on how and when tables should be taken or reserved. I will go on to say that our waitress and other service staff we encountered as the night progressed were quite lovely and more organized. The food and process was explained thoroughly. Prices seemed a little high at first. But we left happy and very full!! The fondue experience and menu was brilliant. We had such wonderful food. We tried the French onion cheese, salad, mojo cooking style and dark and dulce chocolate. The only reason I couldnt give this a 5 was due to the initial staff encounters.
