Eclair de Lune is a cute little bakery/pastry shop!Pro: cakeCon:noneI went there for brunch on Sunday. My partner and I tried croissants, croissant sandwich, open sandwich, and some cake!I was expecting them to have eclair or choux because of the store name but…they did not have it:p so I tried Opera instead. And it was so good!! It was beautifully layered, the cream was so delicious, the sponge was very moist and the syrup was flavorful. I enjoyed the cake so much. Croissant sandwich was decent. It was very light but flavorful. However, the normal croissant was not my favorite. I don’t know why but the pastry wasn’t layered much and the flavor of butter wasn’t there…it was almost like the factory made ones with lots of margarin or shortening in it. The other open sandwich was ok. We also tried almond coockies, it was just ok I guess. People there were very nice. The guy I talked, I believe he is the owner, he was very nice and welcoming!Overall I liked this place, opera cake was really good!

The real deal. Traditional French bakery, all good and authentic. This is where we go for birthday cake. Quiche rocks. Chocolate mousse is from another planet. Coffee is divine. The only thing to worry about is the kid almost choked on the trinket in the cake — apparently it’s a Marie Antoinette thing. After all, she let them eat it.
Cute little shop just off northmount drive. Has a coffee shop and bakery split up. I had a vanilla slice that was awesome; crispy pastry and great cream. Very large portion. The price was great for the size of pastry. We sat outside to have our treat as it was a beautiful day. Will definitely be back.
We happened upon it by chance when it opened six or seven years ago. Best French bakery in town. Not only sweet things. Real croissants, quiches, baguettes. They make heavenly cakes by the order. No icing here. There are a few tables in the cafe area (a couple of them outside) and they serve lunch (soup, sandwiches, good coffee). The pear danish is delicious. They occasionally have a bread pudding that’s very good. And you can speak French with the owner.
Very good. Specially the pastries. Also I like its a very quiet and clean place to sit. I can sit there and relax, enjoying talking w friends.
Had the pear and maple danish and a latte today and both were delicious! Pastries are well priced too. I also appreciated that there were a few tables outside for my puppy to hang out with me while I ate.
