Would return. I had a friend introduce this restaurant to me a while ago and its been great. i do agree that the prices are going up slowly but i still think it is worth it. sometimes the broth of the soups do change depending on the day but overall its been good, sometimes a bit to salty or too bland though. just need to keep a good consistency.
To Cheap with food!. $995 soup! Sounds good? NOT! THEY GIVE YOU A BOWL OF WATER! THAT’S IT! RIP OFF! Would never go back!
Bland Pho. The broth is what makes the pho good and I couldn’t taste anything in the broth. I put in a lot of salt into my broth and even then, it tasted mediocre. I also ordered che ba mau (the 3 colored drink), they told me they ran out of jelly, so I told them to just give me more of the other stuff. When my drink came, they loaded it with lychee jelly instead, so lychee was basically all I could taste. Instead of using red bean in the drink, they used these giant kidney beans. The only thing that was decent was the spring rolls I ordered. So disappointed!
AMAZING!. My Son introduced me to this Restaurant over a year ago and it has quickly become one of my absolute favorite places to eat Vietnamese food. The portions are just right, the prices are affordable and I have NEVER had a bad dish. SO friendly here, great fresh food and WOW do you get fed fast! No need to worry about a sub standard meal here folks – just eat there! You will NOT be disappointed!
All around great. Hot fresh food, great spices, friendly staff, low prices and perfect portion size. First time tried today and thinking this will be a new favorite. Would definitely recommend!
Xinh Xinh is Yum Yum. Great food, fast and fresh. Service is exceptional, many regulars frequent the restaurant. All in all, one of the best Vietnamese places in Calgary. I recommend #33, the house special Pho. Huge serving of soup, piping hot and super delicious. And TEN BUCKS with tax, wow. Can’t say enough good things about the friendly and attentive staff as well. Highly recommended by myself and any colleagues I have taken there over the years.
Excellent food and excellent service. Probably my all time favourite place to go for Vietnamese in Calgary. I’ve been coming here for over a year with my boyfriend, and he has been going there for even longer! They know our order off by heart since we go there so often. They even know us by name and who we are when we call in! Always quick and attentive service, very kind, chatty, and always make the best rice vermicelli dishes. Their deep fried wontons are AMAZING. They make the best spring rolls, and their salad rolls are delicious too. I’ve taken many of my friends here and they have never been disappointed by the food. They’re really busy at lunch time during the week so be patient then. Otherwise, its never too too busy. Great to go for lunch or dinner for friends, family, or a business meeting even!
