Ever since my favourite Vietnamese restaurant closed (Balo), I am lost. I dont know where to go for Vietnamese food. So, I googled bet Vietnamese restaurant. Rau Bistro came up on some of the results. I told my husband were going. Rau did not disappoint. Its a small restaurant tucked in a strip mall near a high school and cemetery. Its small but clean and packed with flavourful, authentic Vietnamese food. Family run and they are are very friendly. Will definitely go back again and again. I have to try all the food on the menu. Rau Bistro may be my new favourite Vietnamese restaurant.
