Sushi Ichiban offers an AYCE sushi / hot pot menu. We stopped by for dinner last Friday for the AYCE sushi. The menu here has a large selection of different appetizers compared to other AYCE restaurants. The nigri sushi here is average in flavor but their sashimi is cut very thin in small portion (half the sashimi of what you would get). Some of the sashimi were had was even frozen like biting into a popsicle. Their rolls are giant like the size of my fist. Servers here are nice and prices are around $30 per person. I’d probably come here again but not strong enough for a recommendation.

I have been to this Ichiban a couple times now and find its a decent AYCE sushi spot. The quality isn’t bad but we find the service a bit spotty. They have a solid selection of things to try and the price is right.

I’ve had a couple good all you can eat experiences here but that’s changed in the last 6 months or so. I’m not sure why but the food has been really lacking, not very satisfying and made me sick later. Service is fine, never had an issue there but I don’t think I’ll be back here.

Been here twice and the 2nd time, I encountered a very unpleasant customer service from one of the servers. I found a hair in my mango roll, and notified our server about it, and she keeps on insisting that all the kitchen staff are men, until I said that my point is I found a hair, and she kept on going on about how it went in my sushi, where all men work at their kitchen. When the bill came, they didnt give any discount or anything that could make up on what happened. I didnt give any tip, and she was being unpleasant as if a tip is mandatory, she didn’t even think about the hair, she was more concern about her tip. Too bad her customer service was unacceptable.

Really enjoy their ‘all you can eat’ type menu. This allowed both myself and my boyfriend to pick out what we each liked and then share with each other so we were able to try the majority of the menu. The food here is very well priced, the decor is nice, I like the more Japanese-type feeling restaurants instead of the crazy uber, ultra modern ones. The staff were very friendly.

Though this is a sushi place we did not opt in for sushi and just had all you can eat shabu shabu (you could order sushi too if you wanted). It came with beef, chinese cabbage, broccoli, mushrooms, clear noodles and yellow noodles. It doesn’t seem like much variety but who eats anything else but beef when they go hot pot anyways?? I would Def go back for hot pot and maybe try the sushi there since I haven’t had their sushi since high school.

The food was decent, but the service was so bad! Very rude staffs here, one of them dare to force customers to tip them 15% and told the customers it was required!!!! We are a couple with a baby, so definitely not a group of 6. The food came out very slow and some food never showed up, such as the sashimi. I understand it is all you can eat, but being honest is the key to success. They were trying to rip customers off and forced them to tip. Very bad place here. DO NOT go! They did a poor job of customer services as I constantly have to ask for the menu to reorder and no one fill my water and they wanted 15% tips! Bills are required to pay but tips are earned. If you did nothing to earn the tips, then don’t ask for tips. They get set wages pay by the employer, they are just being greedy! DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!
