    The typical BP experience. The food was good at a good price. Service was good even though the server had a large group to tend to as well as us.

    Server was good and food was timely and good. Only negative about BP is there pizza is very overpriced. There are way better pizza choices out there and I prefer the mom and pop as there’s is more original and homemade.

    Worst place to eat if your celiac. The crust was burnt and very chewy. It was heated and reheated as toppings were placed on if. And very over priced.

    Wow. Sunday afternoon in August with Blue Jays game on and a packed lounge. One server who has to bartend as well. For the overpriced food you’d think they could afford at least 2 people on. Server did the best he could but you can imagine the wait to get served. Ordered a beer when we first sat down. Once our orders were taken he never came back to the table hence i had nothing to wash my meal down with. Maybe one of the 2 supervisors making an occasional appearance helped out more in these situations…..!??!

    Had a bad experience here lately, order some food for takeout. I arrived on time to pick it up and waited 20 mins, when I finally left food in hand I realized I was 2 Pizzas short and had too come back and wait 10 more mins for the pizzas. As a apology they gave me a slice of cheese cake but as I had spent $100 on my order already I was expecting a bit more. All in all not a good experience and I will not be getting food from them anytime soon PS. Though the food tasted amazing!

    Clearly, the worst service ever experienced in Canmore. We come here at least 5 times a year. We used to go to Boston Pizza as a family, for many years. We will not be doing so anymore because of our most recent experience. Admittedly, I ordered online and said we’d pick up our order, but then I called in and asked if they delivered and if we could change our order from pick up to delivery. The lady at the desk said yes, & that wouldn’t be a problem. Over one hour later, I called and Nicole answered and told me that the reason why it was taking so long was because it was my fault for changing the order. Bad move, Nicole. Customer Service skills are wanting. You do not blame the customer for something someone said over the phone, that would be alright. Secondly, the driver phoned me one hour and 15 minutes after my initial order to ask me for my address. Whose responsibility is it to make sure the driver has the proper address? Again, bad move. The driver said that something went wrong at the restaurant and that it was their fault. More communication break-down. The blame-game is one that cost this particular Boston Pizza Franchise a hefty order, because 90 minutes later, we still had no food, there was no driver and our patience had run out. I phoned Nicole and cancelled the order. Happily, we called Patrino’s right away and although we paid more, we received optimum customer service from Maria, and will go back again and again in a heart-beat, even if we pay more. Maria gave us a 10% discount off our order, to boot! I realize it’s difficult to get good help in the food service industry, especially on a busy Saturday night, but basic common courtesy goes a long way. Please train your staff. Unfortunately, your staff cost you on many levels tonight. To fellow clientele, save yourself the headache, & go to Patrino’s.
