Stopped by on the way back to Calgary, the place is about 50% full. Waited 30 minutes before we could flagged down someone to place our order. At that point I knew to keep my order simple, we ordered 3 bowls of ramen, 2 being the same. Waited 20 min for water; another hour for the food. The 2 bowls of tan tan noodle finally came, luke warm and noodle soggy. Waited after my family finished their noodle before my bowl came. At least my noodle were properly cooked. I had to use my sons spoon because I didnt get one, and at 2 hours mark, I couldnt be bothered to ask for one.., terrible terrible experience, dont go!
Tonkatsu ramen The broth was rather light, more of a vegetable broth. Mild flavours. The noodles were ok. Missing some chewiness. The char sui was very flavourful. Over all it is an ok place for lunch. Note. Lunch does not have sushi or tempura. The curry ramen was similar. Very light flavour, the chicken was well marinated. Noodles were the same. A light wheat noodle.
