Ws stopped here on our way back from BC. We went in and the man answered the phone and left me standing there for a few minutes. No other waiter or waitresses were there. The decor was ‘trying’. Nothing fancy or really eye appeasin. Service was not great. He literally walked away before I could order a drink for myself. We had the vegetable samosas and they were actually pretty good. They didn’t taste mushy, as sometimes vegetable samosas are at restaurants. Not much spice for me, but overall satisfying. I had the prawn Madras and that stole the show. Sauce was not enough for the both of us. The prawns were cooked perfectly and they were a fairly good size. My date had the beef kabobs. They came out looking appealing and my date had a few bites and it was over. I tried a piece to see if he was being picky. But it did taste poorly. The meat wasn’t chewy for me but it definitely lacked in freshness. I probably wouldn’t eat here again.
