Cute little sushi and bbq restaurant located in Canmore. The service was friendly and prompt and the food was fresh and fairly tasty. The prices were a bit high for what you get but its to be expected in Canmore. The sushi could have been a bit fresher but overall it was okay.
I liked this place-fish was fresh and service was crazy quick. Strongly recommend a reservation as we came around 6:30 and the restaurant was full. Portion sizes were decent if you ordered the specialty rolls, but $6 for a tiny portion of edamame wasn’t worth it in my opinion. All in all, a large hot sake, the Canmore bento box, and the sashimi combo(and two miso soups thrown in) was $76 before tip for 2 people. Freshness is positive, cost-wise I guess I should’ve expected it for Canmore. bighairandhighheels.com
