My husband and I have only ever tried Sage for brunch, and weve always loved their food. When we came for dinner (Canmore Uncorked) we were not disappointed. The environment is cozy and warm, and service was prompt and friendly. Mussels (the appetizer) had large chunks of sausage, and plenty of bread to soak up the broth. The short ribs were so tender, and the sole had a nice texture and no fishy smell. The chocolate cheesecake was delicious, and my husband had no shortage of choices for gelato.
