New management, new menu so you would think they’re out to impress. Not so much. Had burger with fries. Fries were cold and burger not much warmer. Soup didn’t taste the same as the first time i tried it and it was cold. Ketchup was also rancid. Know some locals that used to come here every Sunday but they don’t come anymore due to the food menu change and the quality. Even when you mention these problems there is no attempt at correction. Poor customer service! There was also a limited menu as they had run out from the day before so i was hoping for great food…..disappointed. Don’t think this is the way to resurrect The Ho!
