Worst customer service good food. I went there few days ago to get some food no doubt food was really good but owner doesnt know how to talk with people buddy i don’t care if you are business owner or an employee I will still treat you the same and you should try that too with your customer and you are nor giving us any favour by providing us with good food people pay you for that don’t act like you are something really big I hope you learn from your mistakes
Amazing flavors, good value, fun stop. A friend brought food from Khan to a dinner party before Christmas and I was thankful I was wearing stretchy pants. I ate so much I pretty much rolled home. This time I decided to fend for myself and see what adventures I would come away with. I google mapped Khan’s Catering from waaaaayyyyy over in the SW and it was worth the drive. First off, I read the reviews that were negative on customer service and unless I stepped into an alternate universe, I couldn’t have been more pleasently surprised. I expected the soup Nazi but instead was greeted with a smile and true warmth. It was immediately apparent that this Irish girl was out of her league in knowing which items to select. After perusing the options for awhile, the gentleman (who I’ll assume was the owner but I can’t say for sure?) offered to help me. He was kind, helpful, funny, and generous. When I asked about one of the dessert items he simple offered one to me to try – it was delicious so I took two more. Every dish was spectacular and reasonably priced. There were many empty spaces on the hot racks but if you ask, one would be right out. Besides the amazing food and exceptional service, what I think I enjoyed most was the care and pride that seemed to be both put into and conveyed in the serving of the meals. Its a long way from home but I would certainly go out of my way again to have this food. I think it would be perfect for a large dinner party. Portions are generous, prices are great and the food is memorable (caveat: no, I’m not accustomed to Indian/Pakistani food so if this food isn’t ethnically right… Then I’m ok with being wrong in a really tasty way.)
Delicious. Dad always goes here to pick up food, the food is absolutely amazing, finger licking and completely mouth watering. Everything is hot ready and fresh, best pakistani take out in calgary and everyone I know loves it just as much as I do. I recommend this to everyone especially the chicken haandi, naan bread and chicken reshmi tikka. It doesn’t matter how the costumer service is its straight forward take out, take & leave no time to socialize your going to eat. Drop dead amazing food. God bless
Customer service. Finally got a chance to go to this restaurant for the first time. I have to say I’m impressed at the great tasting food. As far as the customer service is concerned I had no problem with it knowing that the owner had just lost his wife and little son in an accident last Ramadan. Would Definetly recommend restaurant to all my family and friends.
Great Food at a Great Price!!!. Not the most amazing customer service, but somethings gotta give when the food is so fresh and delicious. Every dish tastes different with its unique flavors. I’m punjabi, and love pakistani food. I will definitely try everything they have.
