My recent experience at Nirwana involved a birthday party in their hall. The service was despicable and the food was average. Two waiter/ess to accomadate for 100 people party. Also the clearing of used plates and empty glasses were not prompt at all. General maintaince of the hall is to a very poor standard alongside the management. Agreementws were made by myself and the manger Tony initially, however we experienced upon final payment hidden chargers of 15% service charge for the hall was not accounted or mentioned for in the intial meeting. I would not recommend Nirwana to host a party, however the resturant is to an average.
Great butter chicken. The butter chicken was fantastic. The prices are not quite as good as they appear for take out because the portions are very small. Just order 50% more and the prices are still reasonable.
BEST INDIAN FOOD IN CALGARY. I’ve tried a lot of the indian restaurants in calgary this is one of my favorite places. This place knows how to make the traditional real indian food, the decor is amazing feels like your in India.
