  The owner or whoever he is, is a large douche we bring in a coupon that we got a few nights before from a dinner there we didn’t know that it was only valid in January (which it was actually valid from nov 2 to jan 17) and the claimed it wasnt he started to yell not only at us but the girl doing to take out order if i was swiss chalet i would have an on-site visit to this location and strip them of their franchise ever since this place opened bad service but this is getting very bad even for a bad service place. Be warned about going to this place and expecting any type of good service if the owner/manager is such a miserable person.

  Slowest service in the world server seemed like she didnt want to be there at all. We sat down got our drinks then ordered took 45 minutes for the food to come out a kids pizza and chicken and roast beef our server would disappear for a long time come by and say how were things while she was walking away my bottomless pop wasnt bottomless as she never came back to refill it until we were all done and then decided to ask me right before the bill. This place has always been going down hill since it opened

  i was placing an order on-line and i received a pop up 2 can dine for 14.99 i chose the delivery option and that pop up changed in price to 17.99 i understand that the company has to charge for for delivery no argument but as i proceeded to the check out there was an additional charge of 3.50 for delivery making the total for delivery of 6.50 to me that’s outragous when i called the company they put me in touch with the store manager who told me to be competitive they need to charge for delivery not understanding the double dip they are collecting he told me it was head office policy and hung up on me so swiss chalet you have lost another customer

  ANYBODY HOME?. Phoned ahead to see if they were open, the women said yes till 10. my fianc and I showed up at 845 to an empty dining room and no employees in site… we yelled for assistance and after nearly 10 minutes of nobody showing their face we went to the take out end to let the manager know how horribly managed and awful the staff is… if there even are staff. He laughed and was very disrespectful. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

  Large family goes unnoticed and unhelped by staff. Waited in lobby with friend to be seated, with an east indian family ahead of us also waiting to be seated. They were as confused as we were that there weren’t ANY visible staff members around. SO there we stood, for almost fifteen minutes, with the occasional kitchen worker coming out to collect something. The worker would avoid looking at anyone, and go back into the kitchen without so much as a glance. Finally, when one of them came back out a THIRD time, I politely asked what the deal was and whether or not they planned on seating this family any time soon (and us of course). So after fifteen minutes of standing in the front foyer with NO help, the store became a bustle and all of a sudden there were servers taking us to our seats. The food was just ok…the service horrible. Im beginning to lose hope in the service industry altogether..
