I’m not 100% sure why there is so many bad reviews for this place, because we ordered from here tonight and it’s honestly one of the better Chinese food places I’ve gotten food from in Calgary. The lady at he front desk was very friendly to me. When I got home we had no issues with our order and the food is actually quite good. Wontons in the wonton soup I’m usually very picky about and these ones were big, and filled with meat and very tasty. Our takeout container of noodles was literally packed so full I was afraid to open it! They are obviously good with no skimping on portion sizes. And the spring rolls were very obviously homemade and pretty good as well. I’ll for sure be ordering from them again and I hope people don’t right this small business off over some older, crappy reviews!

The place smells so oily and decomposed, and the food is built up by nothing but MSG and salt. The staffs are sloppy, and they charge too high for the MSG and salt only thing.
Should be closed down. Dirty restaurant, sloppy server, overpriced and takes too long. Cannot believe this restaurant passes inspection.
Yummy food!. I order from here whenever I get chinese takeout and have for the last 5 years. I really like their cantonese chow mein and love the fried rice! The chicken chow mein is good, sweet and sour chicken balls are ok (I don’t really like chicken balls but my girls love them). Excellent pan fried dumplings but my favorite is their gingerbeef! Their ratings have went down a bit which I don’t understand since I havn’t had a bad meal there ever!
As someone with dietary issues, clear communication is a must. So when after several minutes of trying to discern what was Gluten Free and what was not with the woman on the other end of the phone, with no clear communication about what I could eat, I gave up. If you advertise yourself as Gluten Friendly, that you should be knowledgeable about that subject. If you’re looking for good GF Chinese, try Dragon’s Gate in Marda Loop or Oriental Phoenix in Montgomery. They’re always very clear about what is GF and what isn’t.
