By a long shot one of the worst donairs ever. He pulled out a bag of donair meat and nuked. As I was dying of hunger I hoped he would at least grill the meat afterwards… no luck. Then to top it off the vegetables were placed on a full pita, barely wrapped and not grilled. All in all, it tasted like microwaved Bologna in a tough/dry pita covered with mediocre home cut veggies. Step up your game!!

Terrible service dealing with 2 young females. Bf went it go pick up pizza tonight, this wasn’t our first time getting pizza from there. We usually really enjoy the pizza, but tonight it was disgusting. There were two younger dark haired girls working, had no idea what was going on, waited almost an hour for our pizza. They screwed up the Other customers pizza, as they complained they’ve been waiting OVER an hour and when their pizza finally came they screwed it up. Demanded a refund and the girls resisted giving one saying no no your pizza is coming. Really? Finally a guy came and dealt with the situation, giving them a refund. I told my bf to do the same but we already saw our pizza there and he paid when he first ordered it. I wish we would have though. The dough seems under cooked and mushy, and it’s just not normally what we’re used too. Hopefully we do not get sick from this. Usually love the pizza from there but those girls had NO idea what they were doing, it was a gong show. If management reads this, you should consider letting them go as unfortunately they ruined numerous customers experiences this evening.
Quality!!. Great pizza. Owner/staff very friendly. Looks like a nice friendly family run operation. Donair pizza was delicious. The kids from nearby St Cyril school are raving about the size of their pizza slices and the tastiness of the pizza.
