The owner didn’t turn on the light at the counter so that I cannot see the bill amount clearly.Instead of giving me the credit card machine he rotated the machine and asked me to tap credit card, he made sure that I could not see the amount in the credit card machine. After I paid I noticed an extra amount and I asked what was that for, he said it was tip, so he charged 10% tip without my permission .And he gave the excuses that people from my ethnicity don’t give tip but his back-home people give tip and which is why he charged tip automatically as a service charges and that he is an engineer, he gave some more reasons and explanations that does not make any sense. Food was not bad but he looks tricky and little greedy kind of guy who is not happy with people and doesn’t like customers.- Please check you bill before you pay him. Thank you
Bolany dish is amazing, the owner is also extremely friendly and goes above and beyond. Portions are quite big too for the price point which was really suprising!
I came for lunch today with a friend, the service was good, the food was wonderful. The owner came and had a nice chat with us as well. I loved it and will come back for sure. Two thumbs up.
Cool decor and quick service (as we were the only ones there.) Portion size was definitely generous but food was dry and bland. Overpriced for the quality. Definitely a shame as the place looked promising. Wish I’d read reviews first! Will not go back.
Expensive in comparison with the quality!Got there to experience new tastes but that was disgusting. The owner is a big cheater: he asked us if we need some rice? And we said yes, then he brought us a huge pot of rice! And also compulsory tip! That was weird at all. Never come back there again.
Very expensive. Repent going there. Food we ordered was good but bread was not fresh. Probably hard by toasting again and again. He forced to buy something we didn’t order and then he said desert is free on the house . We were happy but at the end the bill we saw was so huge . We had no choice but to pay . Nothing is free there mind it. Don’t come into his trap he rips off. No wonder why this place is always empty.
Huge Rip Off.. DO NOT RECOMMEND.. We first saw this place driving by and decided to go in to eat. As per the recommendadtion of the owner we ordered the big platter priced at $40 which includes all types of Kebobs and chicken tikka and rice and salad. Good portions too and as per the menu, can feed 4 ppl.. We started to order it every now and the but all of a sudden they started to make the portions smaller and price remained the same with an additional 10% Service fee. First they said the rice dont come with it and its another $10 to get a small plate of rice and $20 to get large one. We took off the rice. Then the platter became more smaller in portion.. Today, thinking it might not get any worse, the platter is not only the smallest but they cut the seekh kebob into half and even then took 1 half out (usually it has 4 of those long ones then it became 3, now its not even 2 but 1 and a half) 2 small chicken pcs (used to be 2 full thigh and leg pcs) and some small kebobs which used to be 2 skewers of each (chicken and beef). It even came in a half size container. Charged $5 for 1 big Naan which you can get 1 for $2. Total cost: $47.00 for a 2 person meal (which was initially meant for 4 ppl) Lets say if you went to a good restaurant, you would pay this price for a good portion meal but atleast it will fill you up..Im very upset with the dishonesty and rip off attitude of this place and would recommend if you want to eat here, be aware and know you will be ripped off.. NOT RECOMMENDED.
