We ordered the alfredo pasta which is just divine! The flavor just pops out at you even though the pasta is not dunked in sauce like other places would have it We also ordered chicken K.K, which came with soup and a banana. I’m very picky with soups… but this was really amazing. Perfect flavor, not too heavy. The chicken K.K shocked me the most. I have never had anything like it before, so the taste of it is a bit difficult to describe but my taste buds were having a party, I assure you. I will definitely be going back.
HOLY SOMALIA!!!! We tried this place this evening for the very first time…. got the idea from a suggestion in Avenue magazine…..there was absolutely no disappointment here whatsoever. Our server was excellent and patient, answering all of our questions. Mrs. Bubbasezso had the beef K.K. combo while i had the goat and cornmeal combo… both meals were VERY tasty, both included a magnificent bowl of soup and a choice of mango or lemon juice refillable….during our meal, we had a lovely chat with the owner, who explained that this is a mom and pop place and everything is cooked fresh and once its gone it is no longer offered on that day. All that for $31.50!!!! There is actual camel meat on the menu!! We will do that again and again!!!!
