I don’t know what was worse the food or the service! No scam the place is just overall BAD
There is a scam going on here. I have eaten at this Boston Pizza several times and have always had great service and great food. I suspect all these negative reviews are from one person who felt slighted in some way.
Fantasic service. Had a horrible day at work and the servers and staff really turned our day around… thanks again BP’s chestermere.. you brighter a day that felt like a total loss.The Williams family
It’s alright. Great service, but the food is not always the best. I’ve had people who work in the kitchen tell me, that almost everything is prepackaged and all they have to do is heat it up and then serve the food.
Horrendous customer service. Will never go back. Tried to resolve an issue with Manager and was told to never come back. Well CHESTERMERE is a small town and bad word travels fast. Lived in CHESTERMERE since 1990 and have seen restaurants come and go. Hopefully Boston pizza will go!

Please take my advice, if you are driving through, keep on driving. Do not stop at this Boston Pizza. The food was not done properly for ANYBODY in the bar side and I’m guessing it was the same for the restaurant side as well. The server and supervisor were understanding but the kitchen staff must have been on acid because nothing was cooked properly.
