This was easily some of the best Indian food I have ever eaten. One of the best things Ive eaten overall in quite a long time. Madras curry chicken, garlic naan bread. Spicy, complex, bold but somehow subtle at the same time. So good. Good service too, decent price but not cheap. Well worth it, will be back without question.

Walked in and no one came to greet or seat us. I literally stood there for 10 minutes and the freaking bar guy glanced over, then proceeded to ignore us. It was awkward, shameful, and completely stupid so I walked out to go to Brown’s Social House with my boyfriend instead.
Lunch w/ friends during the week…there was around 3 or 4 more tables during this timeMade me a ‘special’ veg soup -because i didn’t want dairy in my soup- which ruled out the regular lentil soup. I would have actually enjoyed a lentil soup(sans the dairy) more most likely, I still appreciated the accommodation they made. Nothing really to ‘write home about’ – it was ‘ok’. Asked for papadums as it wasn’t listed on the menu…our server/the owner was surprised to look and find they were not listed too lol!Very clean and nice/warm ambiance. Owner is now ‘forced’ to also work now as a server (due to our ‘lovely’ $15/hour for workers…which puts businesses such as this in such a challenging situation). He was lovely, and suggested a ‘new’ (not even on the menu) to my friends. A chicken kabob instead of the samosas they originally ordered. My friends seemed to enjoy it. Offered to pay for it and replace it w/ samosa’s if they didn’t. My friends ate all their naan bread which I’m sure was good, but didn’t actually look as ‘good’ as others I’ve seen…but my comment really is a little useless because I never even tried it.Told us about the belly dancer he booked for this Saturday and even showed us a little video of her. Nothing like promoting his business.Hope they do well
