Chestermere Subway has been the worst Subway experience that I have had. The service was horrendous. My mom and I went there for lunch and she had some trouble deciding what she wanted. The manager, Tarlock, who was serving us, was incredibly rude and passive aggressive toward her. When I asked him to not speak to her like this, he directed his attitude toward me. He condescended my mom by asking her to come inside so he can teach her how to order properly (we were at the drive thru). I was shocked at how rude a manager of a restaurant could be to a customer. When I mentioned that I would be writing a review and contacting head office, he encouraged me to do it.Well, here it is. Next stop, head office.On top of all that, the sandwiches we got were gross.
Perfect restaurant for those who enjoy getting ripped off… Worst subway experience ever, terrible service, food was ok. Worst part is my visa was charged twice. Called visa, they said to sort it out with the store. Called Tarlock the store manager to get this resolved, been over a month and he’s been no help. It’s been impossible to contact him, not returning my emails or calls. To the point now where visa has to dispute it because I wasn’t getting anywhere. So frustrating, its only an extra $15 but who wants to pay $30 for a crappy sandwich, not me.

There was 4 ladies on shift and would not stop talking to each other in their language. And would not address me. When they did I had to repeat each topping I wanted twice because of the chatter between the 4 of them. Felt very unwelcome.
Very cheap on toppings, also very dirty they don’t like to clean tables. One of the workers put toppings on my sandwich and then took my money and gave me change while wearing rubber gloves the whole time.
Good Neighbours. I don’t usually eat Subway, but I like theirs. They are friendly and have fresh toppings.
Fairly good restaurant, good service but sometimes they’re a bit cheap on the toppings and you have to ask for more. Other than that, very good.
