This Tim Horton’s is consistently great service. Super fast drive through and a friendly staff. We’ve been going here weekly over the years and it’s great to have a local Tim Horton’s doing such a great job.
None. Bad sandwich03 Apr, 2015How hard is it to operate a toaster? Better training needed!. I understand that it is a busy location but you be a lot less busy if I didn’t have to return my order 3 times! 1st wrong bread and not toasted 2nd not toasted 3rd not toasted. How hard is it to toast a piece of bread. They are in need to pay attention to the details I gave up after 3 time this is the results in picture of my toasted sandwich. BTW the mayo should be on the intire piece of bread. I give this Tims 2 out of 10

Manager. As a former resident of Chestermere and a frequent patron, I was always extremely disappointed at how the female manager treated her staff. If I had a young son or daughter working at this Tim Hortons while attending high school, I would not allow them to work at the Chestermere location. The next time I visit family in Chestermere I hope this manager has changed her attitude and treats her staff with the respect they deserve.
