Every time we come here the service sucks. It has been literally 2 years since my last time here. Came tonight with the wife, we sat there for 15 minutes and noone came to our table so we left for the Brewhouse where we got prompt courteous service. Never again will we go to that urinal of a pub.
I live close to here, so it is very convenient and priced really well. I have had a couple bad experiences however, with food as well as staff. Once my wings came out with barely any sauce and at the same time the waitress was never there. She took forever to take drink orders and bring food and then never reappeared which is 100% unacceptable. There was no napkins so my friends and I had to go into the bathroom to get paper towel. The last couple times have been better, I think they fired the dumb waitress (sorry but seriously) and the service and wings have been great.
