Fun. We had the jambalaya and corn bread. The cornbread was almost as much as the jambalaya. They had to run out and get sausage, some got a lot of it. No complaints. But that’s not the reason you go here. It’s to hang out. Listen to some tunes. Play along. It’s all good.
I ordered the cat fish bun, the fish was raw and nothing special about it, not mention the 45′ waiting. I also ordered a Jambalaya for my mom, she couldn’t get through 1/4 of the amount, it has absolutely no taste, that I had to grab a bunch of ketchup n salt to add in flavor, still no helps. I’m truly regret that I gave it a try.

Wow , I had the catfish po boy sandwich , first time with catfish , and what a disappointment. The bun was nothing special, the catfish was tiny and no real flavour. I also tried the deep fried dill pickles that were the same kind you can get anywhere. For $10 I would have expected more in a po boy.
Terrible Food. Sorry I am not one to write a bad review as I know that everyone has an off day or that not all food will please all pallets but I can say that this food will not please any pallete. I had friends warn me of this trucks food however I wanted to try it for myself as they are not out much these days so I had the Po’Boy and it was awful like Inedible awful I do not recommend this truck at all i really do think it’s trucks like this that give the Gorumet food trucks of our City a bad name. If your not going to make any effert what so ever and your product is all out of a box don’t bother.
Bluescan Food Truck. I try every food truck I come across. I love them. I came across the Bluescan and was excited for some New Orleans fare. I got the Catfish Po’Boy and some deep fried pickles. The deep fried pickles came out of a box and were frozen and the catfish was raw. Couldn’t eat it at all. I do not like giving bad reviews to foodtrucks but if you see this one, keep walking.
Absolutely loved it. Best pulled pork sandwich I’ve had in a long time. It was hot and fresh with a healthy helping of pork. Tried the frog legs too and they were a pretty neat taste experience.
