Consistently good however the service is horrible and inefficient. Every time I come here I wait 10-20 minutes for my drink no matter how busy they are. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes to even order because the service is so slow. And when someone calls in to place an order, the till person will be stuck taking that order and the three bartenders would just stand there with nothing to do… they can at least get started on the next peoples order so they can avoid a delay!
I like how they offer an XL size for thicc men like me. I also think their roasted milk tea is pretty authentic. Unfortunately the service is very slow and error prone. I got half sweet (doctors orders) and my amigo got full. We agreed there was zero difference in taste. So did they make a mistake, or did they ignore my request because their slow service caused a 20 person line? Now I’m sitting here in surgery prep waiting for Dr. Kepner to amputate my diabetes-ridden foot. I will not be going back (at least until I get a motorized wheelchair).
Visited this nice place recently, really had high hopes for something good to drink. Service was awful, seems like they don’t care about the product and service. Rude staff.
Hands down the best bubbletea I’ve ever had in Calgary. I always get the coffee slush and I like how you can customize the amount of sugar and ice. It consistently tastes good whenever I go, and I go once or twice every week!
Best milk tea! Chatime is our favourite spot for bubble tea and we come here fairly regularly. We’ve tried a bunch of different drinks here but milk tea is our favourite. I like how you can choose how sweet you want it and how much ice. They have an app you can download and scan each time you buy a drink and you earn points towards free drinks. They accept debit but not credit cards.
I have only had the roasted milk tea with pearls, 30% sugar, less ice because I refuse to divert. This is the best bbt spot in Calgary for milk tea in my opinion. The 30% is sufficient sweetness, and keeps the drink lower cal. I love the type can customize sugar and ice.
Located right under dragon city this place can getpretty busy. They are quick in getting your order and you can it to go or to stay. I like how you can select the amount of sweetness, amount of ice and toppings for your drinks. Good place to grab a drink after dinner
