I had the tomato and cheese sandwich after hearing so many good things about the place and didn’t like it. Can’t believe I spent $8.50 on a sandwich I couldn’t even finish. Sorry guys, not a fan of that one, too much basil, cheese not melted didn’t do it for me.

Just had the aloha Arkansas. Delicious!!!!!!!!!Pulled pork was incredible. Perfectly toasted, not too greasy grilled cheese. Really tasty. Can’t wait for food truck season to return.

Oh My Mmm. Comfort food at it’s most finest. The Say Cheese sandwich dripped a little with all that cheese but was easy enough to eat while walking. The Home On The Range, I’m not too keen on horseradish, red onion and I thought the mustard was a strange combo but it all mixed in really well and made a really tasty filling sandwich. Both sandwiches weren’t greasy at all, just the right amount of flavor and all well balanced together. The sandwiches were on thin sliced bread, not thick texas sliced style and is a regular sandwich size, not very big and hearty at all for the price that they charge, but tasting the sandwich and being filled by it, its worth every penny. I can’t get enough of the sandwiches. I would eat one everyday if I could that’s how amazing it is to me.The food truck takes visa, debit than just cash which is really nice. They have a tip section that goes to everyone on the truck working. The lady that took my order was nice and the sandwich construction crew in the truck kitchen looks like they take great care when making each sandwich. I stock up so I could have it for lunch at another day because after trying one, even though I’m full, I want more and get these cravings for it, but don’t have the time to chase the food truck all over town, but I would if I could. Oh, I so want one now.

Gooey goodness. I managed to snag a sandwich here for lunch today. It was a long brisk walk to get there, but worth it. I had the Home on the Range sandwich. It was delicious! I actually didn’t taste any of the supposed mustard, but that worked out in my favour because I don’t like mustard, haha. I did however get massive amounts of gooey melted cheese with my tender roast beef. I was worried the horseradish would be overpowering, but it wasn’t at all. My only gripe? Needs more red onion! I love red onions so ever taste of them I got I savoured. The bread was crunchy and crispy, but not greasy at all. They did a great job. I will admit, these sandwiches come at a premium so Cheezy Bizness will remain a once in a while treat for me. dragonfiring.wordpress.com

Worst grilled cheese ever. I was super excited about getting to try this food truck for lunch – and was extremely disappointed when I got my sandwich. $9.00 for two small pieces of white bread with a thin layer of cheddar cheese, two very thin slices of pickle and I swear, one small piece of red onion. Where was the delicious ridiculously cheesy (with supposed pimento cheese) sandwich?? I normally would go back to speak to them about how bad my experience was, but I have already walked the 8 blocks back to my office so this review will have to suffice…

Easily the best food truck in YYC. I’ve had the beef, the hot mess and the pulled pork sandwich All there are awesome. Thinking of the hot mess makes my mouth water. It’s almost the perfect combination of ingredients. It’s my favorite food truck meal in YYC. Nothing comes close. The pulled pork sandwich is also excellent. The bbq sauce is a little on the sweet side, but very good. The only negative is that it’s very rich. Go for a jog before lunch before you visit this place! 🙂

Over Rated. Its nice to have a moblie truck that does grilled cheese, but I found it expensive for what you got and took a while standing in line, I didnt think it was worth the wait.
