My favourite food truck of all time! The tomato soup is thick and creamy. Which is conveniently placed in a small cup for drinking purposes. The sandwiches are crispy on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside. Delicious!
Good, but not as gormet as I’d hoped. I’d been waiting to try this truck since last year, and have missed it on several occasions. There were high expectations to be met, let me tell you! Finally snagged them by accident today, and did not waste time to procure the long-anticipated cheezy goodness! I was expecting nice fluffy, smei-thick bread, oodles of cheese and other gooey topings. Have the Have You Goat It?- pretty tasty. Loved the mix of fig and olive with the goat cheese. A few bites and it all seemed a distant, pleasant memory.Was slightly disappointed that there wasn’t more cheese to my cheezy dish. The flavour balence was there, but I wanted… more. For $9, it should have been a slight bit more substantial. Will try the other offerings from this truck, and see. The jury is still out on the final verdict….
