Great Breakfast, kitty corner from Delta Bow Valley, near Harry Hays. Grab a simple bite from this friendly little place just across the street from the Delta Bow Valley. I enjoyed a breakfast sandwich on day 1, then went back the next day for a great Salmon, Spinach omelette. A nice break from the franchise food courts when travelling.
Recent Changes. I was really excited when I saw that they were renovating the space (I always felt bad for the ladies behind the counter because everything was so cramped) and it turned out that it had switched ownership to the people who had previously owned Joshua Tree Cafe. My only real complaint is that the menu is now physically tiny and difficult to read (it used to be on a board above the counter which was fantastic since there was often a line up and you had to read it from far away), and the new counter makes it almost impossible to see what they’re putting on. The food is still great here and I love that many of the items are made fresh and in-house. Their sandwiches, breakfast options, wonton soup, and specialty coffees are excellent. My only disappointment is that they seem to have made it more difficult for people to eat there rather than easier, because they really do have fantastic lunch items.
Daily Visits. Perfect little place for a grab and go or sit down meal. love the wonton and club house, not to mention great weekday hangover breakfast meals. The owner/staff are so fantastic and really know how to take care of their clients!
These Korean owners/operators are nice, efficient and make an excellent turkey sandwich! My favorite lunch spot.
