Oh god, I came here (Chinatown location) few weeks ago @8:30pm. I was told the last call would be @9:15pm by the server as we got in, and it’s absolutely fine with us. We made the first round order, even though the food weren’t all brought out yet we made the second round order by 9:00pm. Well.. First, the dumpling had gone bad and was sour and smelly already, it comes in 2 pieces/order. I had 1 bite of one of them, and when I told the guy that brought out the food about the dumpling, he asked if the other piece has gone bad too… Well, I personally don’t really got balls to try another piece just to be honest. Second, it doesn’t seem like they have a good system in this restaurant due to probably lack of communication. Reason why I mention is simply because, our first order never got completed and the second order was just non-sense. I started seeing staff walking thru the dinning area leaving the restaurant, and I had to ask the server about our order. Well, the response I got was just that they were off and no one is in the kitchen. Overall, I would never recommend anyone to visit Fusion especially this location.

I thought this was wonderful from an all you can eat perspective. The fish isfresh. It’s a nicely decorated place. Definitely worth it. Great for lunch meetings and family gatherings.

Checked out the downtown Fusion Sushi location for a change to get some Sunday lunch on New Year’s Day. Was great because they still offered the lunch time prices even though it was a holiday. The others ordered from the iPad for the all-you-can-eat option and I ordered a few of my favorite things just off the regular menu – miso soup, salmon sashimi, salmon roses, salmon sushi/nigiri and a salmon avocado roll. Lovely lunch with the family with delicious sushi! carlivh.com

Delicious, fresh all you can eat sushi for only $18,95 pp. The menu is extensive & all orders are placed on the iPad and sent through to the server & the kitchen. The service was great, efficient and the staff all friendly. Would recommend for sushi lovers

SO GOOD. For my first foray into AYCE, I’m VERY pleased. iPad ordering is interesting, to say the least, but very efficient. Your food comes quickly once the order is put in, and it. Is. GOOD. I’ve never been so full from sushi in my life! I’ve probably never eaten that much sashimi in one sitting either. Some reviews complain of slow service, but there is an option on the iPad to call your server and once you do they’re there right away. Easy! The only reason I haven’t given it a full 5 is that the drinks took a bit longer to arrive – also ordered via iPad, so not sure why – but that’s really the only remotely negative thing I can think of. I will DEFINITELY be back!!

This is the only acceptable value sushi I have found in Calgary. Prices are reasonable at around $18 for lunch or $28 for dinner. I have had both several times and I would always prefer the dinner menu as I am a big sashimi and salmon rose fan but the lunch menu is very acceptable. Specifically I think the spicy crispy salmon and tuna rolls are fantastic and it is difficult to find places that do the tempura flakes. And this is a lunch item. I have seen lots of people eat lots of the cooked food and they are generally happy it is just not my thing. I don’t think the tempura is fantastic but it is serviceable. For dinner I bring the family which includes a 1 year old and a 3 year old and they take good care of us. The interior could use an update but generally this is one of only 2 sushi places in Calgary I have ever went to more than 1 time.

My first food review in Canada. Since I have missed Asian food, I went to Fusion for All-You-Can-Eat Lunch for only CAD13. It’s not your typical Japanese buffet set up because they have what they call iPad ordering system which is way too cool and best for lazy people lol, where the staff serve the food on your table. So far the sushi, maki, tempura, ice cream were good. Only the Udon wasn’t seasoned well. And for the stir fried recipes all I can say is too much breading and too saucy. And I hope next time I can have atleast 4 scoops of Matcha ice cream cause it was so darn good they were out of serving in the middle of the day, sad. But well it is really good for the price I pay.
