I would have rated 3.8 if I could. We liked both rice noodles, quite authentic and tasty. Chinese fried donut is a bit oily but at least its freshly fried. Dipping little bit soup makes it more tasty. Dumplings are average.
The curry beef brisket on rice is good; very tasty. The other dishes are okay. Will likely come back again for the same curry brisket variations, such as on noodles.
