Better than fast food. I had the Calamari and the Mango Bruschetta. I’m not sure that calamari and beef is a revolutionary taste sensation, but it was tasty enough. Sadly, for my taste, there was a lot more than enough salt. The first few bits of bruschetta were quite nice, but after that, the peppers took over and there wasn’t enough mango included to impart sweet to complement the heat. I do understand that in a food truck, advanced preparation is a must, but the bruschetta was beyond chewy and into dry and stale territory.Overall, the food had potential and I hope they can iron out the details.
