Decent Vietnamese food, but nothing special. The prices were reasonable, the portion was fair and the food was prepared quickly. But honestly compared to ordering Vietnamese food in a restaurant and the food from this food truck, Id rather pick a restaurant
Good vietnamese food for a food truck! We actually ate here during comic expo and they have yet to disappoint us yet 🙂 We really enjoy their lemongrass chicken vermicelli.
The quantity of food provided for $10 rice vermicelli dish is less than half what one would get at any Vietnamese restaurant for the same price. Do you want below average quality and taste? Do you want to be hungry in an hour? Eat here then.
Not real Vietnamese. This food falls short, especially when you are paying more than you would in a sit down Vietnamese restaurant. I had the vermicelli bowl with spring rolls and pork. Spring rolls were not Vietnamese style and overall taste was disappointing. Will not be going back.
I tried this food truck awhile ago as the other food trucks in the area was like $9 for a sandwhich. Noodle soup or sandwhich the $9??? I got the satay beef (pay 50 cents more for satay). It was good but since its cash only (which I dont have all the time) I wont bevrushing back and will go to other sit down Viet restaurants that takes all forms of payment.
Bland basic Pho missing the traditional accompaniments. At least it was served piping hot and fast. Overall however, a disappointment.
Fast service, decent food. Have to give these guys points for speed I put in my order, turned around to sit down and wait and they called my name. I had the pork vermicelli with spring rolls. I really like the spring rolls; its not the best Ive ever had but for $8 its definitely alright. Not very spicy but they do give you extra hot sauce and two other kinds of sauce when you order the noodle bowls. Worth trying.
