I was excited when I found out the Noodle Bus was nearby and could forego my usual lunch selections. My PorkVermicelli with Springrolls didn’t take long at all before it was ready. It was odd as it was cold, not just cool but cold. The pork was bland and scarce. I was happy the springroll/s were warm and crispy which I like. What disappointed the most was I could get that exact same thing at a Vietnamese Restaurant for the same price and at a substantially higher quality. This is STREET food. It seems the food trucks in Calgary have lost the plot.Food we buy off the street from any vendor istraditionallyquick, fresh, tasty, and inexpensive.This just wasn’t that great.
