I love this place. The owner is a nice guy, the tea is excellent, it isn’t as crowded and impersonal as some of the other bubble tea places, and they make calpis based drinks. There’s also a pokestop close enough too it and they have cell phone chargers available. On top of that they may be getting ice cream soon! I would go here every day if I could.

Cute little bubble tea shop in Chinatown with cheap prices, assorted menu, with fast and friendly service. My friends and I went on a Sunday afternoon and the place wasn’t busy, we were the only ones there and a couple of other guys just before we left. They didn’t have watermelon which was a little disappointing but the mango and kiwi were good!
Downtown Bubbletea Alternative. If the other bubbletea joints in the Chinatown core are too busy, venture to this small shop near the Chinese Cultural Centre.Not nearly as busy as the other shops in Chinatown, Peerless is able to serve your bubbletea needs quite quickly. If you stop to lounge there are a number of seats to enjoy your drinks.Their pearls seem to have a different taste. Not worse than the usual, but less strength in its caramel flavour. But above all when purchasing a fruit drink ask for the fresh selections and try to avoid anything powdered.
