Great Pho in Chinatown. Very small menu of Pho, vermicelli and some spring and salad rolls but that’s all you really need anyway! Cash only.
Came here twice and ordered the pho dac biet (special) and had plenty of meat and noodles. Broth is decent, not watered down or bland and not too salty as well. Food came out fairly quick although service after that was non existent. Downside, cash only. Would come back.
Ok so this place has quality food but not a very extensive menu. Only Pho’s or Vermicelli salads and of course salad or spring rolls. The basics. The Pho Sate is good. They are pretty busy but also have very slow service for a Vietnamese restaurant. Another huge annoyance is that they are CASH ONLY. Ambiance is Chinatown ghetto.
What’s not to like? are you getting a premium meal? no. Would you be expecting premium cut meats in a 8 dollar pho? well you shouldn’t.The broth was tasty but not salty. Portion size was more than fair. Beef slices were plentiful and tasty. Prices were great! Loved it! Will come back for more.
My family and I went there to get some food yesterday. The food was okay, nothing special for me. but server was friendly!and the food came fast.
This is one of my favourite Vietnamese restaurants for pho, especially the springs rolls. These are the authentic Vietnamese spring rolls wrapped with rice papers and not the wonton sheets. Also i want to mention they only serve beef here. If you are looking for a vietnamese restaurant with chicken or seafood, this is not the place to go to. I usually come here and get an order of their spring rolls and regular pho with everything in it, (sate on the side) this way i can add as much as i want to the soup and also use it as a sauce for my spring rolls. They also only accept cash only.I really enjoy this place. lapetitteshar.com
An unfortunate disappointment. Upon entering the restaurant at least half the tables were dirty. And there were only 2 tables of customers. The broth was mediocre, beef was thick and tough. My boyfriend didn’t even finish his. We won’t be coming back for a long while…
