Best Vegan Cake Ever!. My daughter (a vegan) ordered a black forest cake for my birthday last week to celebrate our visit to Calgary. The cake was scrumptious! Dark chocolate, rich in texture and flavour, fudgy, dense and as good as any decadent dessert cake should be! I was more than happy to enjoy it two nights in a row! Well done. No disappointment here! Back in Winnipeg I’m craving another piece!Mrs. Sherburn
