The male that works here refused to give me extra tomato on my double chicken shawarma plate. He made it awkward for surrounding customers and I will probably never go back here. Sounds like a bad decision considering I was asking for 5 cents worth of tomato…don’t recommend.
Hit and Miss. Can be very hit and miss. Previously I have enjoyed a good lunch there when they aer not busy. Iff they are busy they will be rushed to make your sandwich and leave ingredients out.
Food is good BUT. Since the 2 girls are not there anymore the service and quantities have dropped. About 2/3 or the meat you used to get.
Best place. Amazing staff and food
Owner listens to his clients. There were portion issues before, but the owner has now re-evaluated the portions and is serving a great meal at a fair price.Highly recommended.
Love it. I have been eating at that place for the past 2 years now and I am always impressed with the quality and consistency of the food at Shems. The food is authentic and service is great. I eat there 3 or 4 times a week . Their sandwiches are very tasty and filling, the portions are generous and you are definitely getting your moneys worth. Plus the restaurant is AMAZINGLY CLEAN
Rip off. I’ve been to Shem’s 3 times and it’s been a disappointment every time.The owner is very stringent on the quantity. Whatever you order, you won’t feel like you are getting your money’s worth. Service is quite slow as well. The food quality is so-so. Suggestion is to avoid a let down and spend your money some place else!
