Formerly know as the Sandstone Lounge, the newly redesigned Thomsons Kitchen & Bar of Hyatt Regency Calgary has been redefined as destination for casual dining and after-work drinks. Guests can look forward to a menu offering Canadian dishes prepared in a modern way and a stylish bar serving a well-curated selection of wines, local beers and specialty cocktails. On Saturdays and Sundays, the outlet offers a new concept of Weekend Brunch featuring an appetizer bar buffet-style, a choice from pan to plate la carte entres and endless servings of desserts. Thomsons Kitchen & Bar is open from 6:30 AM to 12:00 Midnight daily.
