So delicious!. I’m eating the HUTCH pizza as I’m writing…this is the best pizza!! Without Papers has a new fan in me. The service was great as well, and I can’t say that about all the food trucks that sit in front of my building each day.Don’t hestitate! Eat that pizza. Yumm
Long wait? for me yes. Enjoyed the pizza very much, pepperoni and mushroom. Had a long discussion with two girls waiting for their pizza, they explained each type they had tried and which was the best. Then was able to have another long discussion with another person waiting, because for some reason, my pizza took longer to create than at least 5 people who had ordered after me. If you screwed up my order, tell me. Not a word of apology either. Liked the pizza but might not ever go back. Unfortunately, I am one of those people that tells everyone when I receive poor customer service.update: OK, today they apologized on twitter, apology accepted.
So yummy,whenever they come close to our building,my mouth starts to water.thin crust crispy fresh pizza with homemade sauce,fresh pineapple tasty cheese.the guys are super nice and helpful-Jesse goes out of his way to make your experience pleasurable,I will definitely be taking the girls to their restaurant -super yummy

Unimpressed. I’ve tried the pizza truck a few times now. My first experience (had the hutch) was really good but the last couple times the quality just wasn’t there. The pizzas had too much sauce on them and the dough was so floppy they were hard to eat. Have to say the taste was lacking too. This business doesn’t seem to have it together yet either. they’re always changing their location or shut down for some reason and they don’t let customers know until later. Sucks when you schedule your lunch break around their schedule and they aren’t around and their twitter account has no explanation. Would try it again if I saw it around. Maybe they’re just working out the details but it isn’t so impressive. Also yyc has lots of good pizza trucks so don’t waste your time.
Great Pizza but Expensive/Small Portions. I was able to give the new WPFT a whirl as they were close by my building! Prices were $9 for a half pizza or $16 for a full. Compared to competitors I was a bit disappointed with the price to pizza ratio. However, flavors and crust were great, just think they should compare what other food trucks are giving (ie. Avatara $7 for a half $13 for a full). Hope they improve portions or pricing before most people realize it’s not really worth it!UPDATE: Thanks for listening to the feedback! Will definitely be trying out some other pizzas now that the price point has been corrected.
