A lady took our order wrong over the phone, I ordered 1 pepperoni, cheese pizza & 1 BBQ chicken. Anywho, when I get to the shop she hands me 3 pizzas after I pay for it. They gave me 1pepperoni, 1cheese & 1BBQ chicken pizza. She refused any sort of refund even though I did not leave the building. Sure their pizza tastes great at a great price, but their customer service is crap. I will never order pizza there again due to the fact they do not take the pizza orders properly.
