We live in Spruce Grove. We tried all the best rating all you can eat Japanese restaurant in Edmonton, none of them better than Osaka so we don’t need to drive all the way to Edmonton as we have the best in town already.The only thing I dislike is they limited the no. of sashimi you can order, perhaps it’s the culture in Edmonton area, all of them have this limit thing that I really found it non-sense. But for the quality of the food and cleanliness Osaka is the best.

Food here is excellent it’s a newer restaurant didn’t even know it was here (where the old Tokyo Express was) they don’t serve alcohol, but it doesn’t matter food is excellent and the services is great. I recommend trying it out may be my new favorite sushi restaurant. They also mentioned that they are going to have all you can eat sushi. Which would be amazing! We had the sunomono salad and the tuna tataki to start, then the dynamite rainbow roll, and the black dragon roll which were all very good.
Was feeling like sushi to go so googled options in Spruce Grove. Placed a order of Chirashi and salmon roll with cream cheese. Went to the wrong location, did not realize this place had recently opened. Is located in the old Tokyo Express location. Was not busy when I arrived. Staff was very nice. Chirashi had large pieces of fish. Roll was large for price. Roll had salmon and cream cheese and smoked salmon on the outside. Chirashi was good but would have preferred if fish was cut up smaller.
