Ordered delivery tonight…… food is normal very good but tonight we noticed the the deep fried shrimp were not cleaned properly (the black waste vein was still visible) ….. when I phoned to complain I was told that they only deshell the shrimp and they don’t cut out the waste vein in the shrimp…… nasty!!!!!
Food is good BUT if you want to make any substitutions to the dinner for 2 or other dinner package offerings such as swapping out the boneless pork with ginger beef, they will insist you pay $3.00 extra even though both items are identically priced on the menu. I find this completely inappropriate and actually very GREEDY. I will not order from them again until they change their greedy policy. They plan out the menu knowing that most people will want the more popular ginger beef and it’s just a way for them to add to their BOTTOM LINE at your expense with you the CONSUMER getting nothing extra. Shame on you and other companies that engage in these business practices.
