Service was fine food came quick. Chicken was green inside, yes green (see pictures) when we asked why they said it was the red sauce that made it turn green. Wouldn’t ever go back. So very gross.
Unimpressed with this restaurant. The food quality was not the same as I remember it being in Edmonton. The food took too long to arrive and I didn’t get a Lindt chocolate. I guess that only happens at christmas. They should have that offer all year long as clearly dessert is the best part.
Horrible service. I had to ask for water three times, they brought our food but without any silver ware, walked past our finished plates twice. Bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in some time; disgusting. Obviously the owner doesn’t care about the future of their business. Don’t waste your time!
Completely terrible. Long wait times for delivery, not to mention what kinda resteraunt doesn’t offer debit as a payment option for delivery? That’s a complete joke, didn’t have any Pepsi other then diet available ? People running the phones speak broken English at best, which makes placing your order a struggle every time, definitely will not be ordering from the spruce grove location again
Absolutely the worst service in Spruce Grove. My husband, daughter and I had eaten there this evening. My 9 year old daughter ordered chicken fingers and fries with no plum sauce. She doesn’t like it. When they served it, not only had they brought it with the sauce, the sauce was spilled all over her chicken fingers so we sent it back. Rather than giving her a fresh batch, they switched plates AND gave her the same food back only re-heated. You could still see the plum sauce on the chicken. Not only that they didn’t give us the gravy and ranch we had requested or condiments. Then our server didn’t check on us until we were ready to leave. Terrible customer service. And the chicken in the spring rolls looked like it was meant for another order and just reused in our order. I will never go to that location again. Its always a problem there.
Swiss Chalet Spruce Grove has been the worst experience for take out, the people are super nice however the orders everytime are wrong. I’m not one to write a review on a restaurant but enough is enough. We love swiss chalet, the food is always delicious but they can never get the order right. This is no fast food restaurant we are paying pretty decent amount of money.I expect more. Great food great great people, just the communication needs to be addressed.
Just finished ribs and chicken dinner with my wife. Meagan was the waitress. One of the best meals ever from Swiss chalet, and I’ve eaten at them across Canada. Meagan was a fantastic waitress.
