Food was gross. ! Chicken was dry and gravy so salty. We had the mini doughnuts for dessert and we sent them back as they were stale oily and pretty disgusting. Wasnt get food poisoning that day thank you very much !!Its gone downhill in the last few years. Expensive too. Wont go again unless Im forced too by people with absolutely no taste buds.
Ive eaten here a few times, each time hoping my experience and meal was better than the last; however, this is not the case. The people are always friendly but the food is not great. I have a sensitive stomach when it comes to processed foods and was assured everything was made from scratch, but I always ended up with horrible diarrhoea for days after eating here.If you can eat anything and like the salty tastes, then this may be your place. If you have a sensitive digestive system, avoid everything except the chicken breast and dont use sauces.
Second opportunity to get it right and huge failure. First time, food was cold, spring rolls seemed to come from M&M’s . Definitely not Swiss Chalet quality. Gave it a second chance and this time, fries were actually too greasy to eat and check out the knock off spring rolls..also too greasy to eat. Never had an issue with any location in Edmonton. Looks like we will be picking it up in Edmonton and taking it home to Spruce Grove.
