Good job keep on the right track :)16 Nov, 2014Once again thought I’d try back here. First time since they changed the inside. Wife and I have waited for 20 min for drinks. Food is good. Almost every table littered with dirty dishes. The waitress with short hair. Fantastic. The younger dark haired girl. Well good thing your pretty. That’s all you got going for you as a waitress. Done wasting time going to this poorly run business.14 Feb, 2014I changed my vote from likes to dislikes after the past two visits food took 45 min waitress did not stop and ask if we needed anything. Don t go alone especially if you re female. I f you go alone, and if you re female.. god for forbid, you have to get your own menu and order your food and drink from a bald guy standing at the bar doing nothing.. the onyl thing the waitress does is try and send you drinks and then tells you you re all good to drive home after selling you 6 drinks.. real nice….
So terrible I walked out.. A girlfriend and myself went there on a Thursday after the oilers game to sing some karaoke and have a few beers. After seeing a waitress sitting down with a young table of guys in the section we sat we then waited for 20 minutes before another waitress came over to take our drink orders. She dropped them off and disappeared. My friend got up and clear away the dirty plates that were left and grab menus. She walked past 2 waitresses neither offering to help and grabbed our menus. A friend who was singing karaoke sat down momentarily to say hello and whe we told him we hadn’t been served nor seen our waitress in a while he started calling her over the PA system. She still didn’t come over. Needless to say we walked out pissed off. Terrible service. Guess if your a woman you don’t get service there. Sad when WE cleaned the table and got our own menus. Didn’t get service or the chance to sing a few songs. I will NEVER go back! EVER!

I have been 4-5 times since first visiting early this year. The wings are the best anywhere… real meat on them and great flavor! Likewise the Guinness is great. Best of all are the nightly specials. Occasionally they seem a little under staffed, but no more so than other places. One time I raised the issue of the we special not matching the in-house special shown at the door and was immediately given a $25 certificate AND the website was corrected the same day. Going to try the St Albert location tonight. I am expecting it to be as good!
Not good. Went to watch playoff football, staff was more interested in leaving some dvd of downhill snowmobile racing play over and over again. After a while I finally got someone to put on the game, only to have a audio delay of around 10 seconds from the video.Left and went to another bar instead.
Service was bad but is great now! The girls are amazing, food is quick and the new manager is so welcoming!! GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY! great specials. Perfect bar for everyone
